We’ve got 3 options – You choose your adventure:
Option 1: Just the house please
We build the home the home/parts. You set up your contractor and subs of choice to finish the set up on the home.

- Fireside Chat – We will spend time talking with you to get to understand your wants and goals for the property. Also get understanding of your land, and how the property fits.
- Choose your plans that best fit your interest. From this we will put together a detailed pricing and what to expect going forward along with your plans.
- Financing – If applicable some do need financing support. We don’t offer but can help navigate the process.
- Fabrication – We will build the panels and aligning the logistics of all needed for the property to be dried in. Walls, windows, doors, siding, and roof.
- Delivery – This will come in 2 parts, the “shell kit” and the finish kit. The first delivery has everything needed for your contractor to dry in the property. Walls with windows and siding already completed, interior walls, and roof panels. Once ready the next shipment will come as a “finish kit”. This includes everything to finish out. Cabinets, counter tops, flooring, plumbing and electrical finish kits.
Option 2: Turnkey (No Longer Available)
Summit Bound will handle it the development start to finish, you move in to a brand new home ready to furnish.

- Site Prep – We will work to have all the site work and excavation done then the concrete work for the foundation work to be completed. Also rough plumbing / electrical for the site.
- Fabrication – Simultaneous to above we will build the panels and aligning the logistics of all needed for the property to be dried in. Walls, windows, doors, siding, and roof.
- Delivery and Set up – This will come in 2 parts, the “shell kit” and the finish kit. The first delivery has everything needed for us to dry in the property. Option 3: Just bring your toothbrush (No Longer Available)
Not only do we take care of everything from start to finish, but also the interior design and set up of your home with all furnishings.

- Bring you tooth brush and clothes and just live!
