About Us

who we are

Summit Bound was created out of years being around a construction business model that just really hasn’t changed. We have set out to change this way of thinking and pursuing a vision for something better.

People are becoming more cognizant of process, resources and waste. To support that, we are working to provide the smartest, healthiest, stylish, most efficiently built homes on the market. And we build our homes to the highest standards all while delivering a faster product then conventional construction, and provide a higher quality home and life.

Katie

Katie grew up living and working on a farm in Oklahoma.  At a very young age, her Aunt nicknamed her “Miss Messy Up It,” and to this day she is usually decorated all over with paint, stain, grout, splatters from her remodeling and construction projects.  Katie is involved in every facet of a home from start to finish.  Her primary interests and background are in design and ensuring a stylish welcoming home.  However, she loves to be busy and so quite often seen helping put trusses in place to grouting a shower.  She is an adventurer and a homebody, a foster dog failure mom, a downhill skier, a doggie sitter, a great neighbor and a true friend.    She loves the outdoors and lots of sunshine.

Eric

Eric was raised in a family of farmers, bankers, and builders in rural Oklahoma.  So predestined to follow the same paths…well except for farming that is…..  As a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University he has taken that education and continued his focus on finance, home construction, development, and remodeling industry for 20 years now with some of the industry leaders as well as his own companies.   Away from work Eric is an avid skier, hiker, biker and anything outdoors.  Of course Montana is a good home for this lifestyle!

With all that said ultimately Eric’s primary job is doing what Katie tells him to do!

Whiski

She is always the first one to inspect the site, and definitely known to give tongue baths to anyone that is working below 3 feet.  Always on the job cleaning up any scrap pieces of wood when not looking.

Tank (Tankers)

The elder of the site and first to yodel to welcome anyone to the site.  Always on the watch of  the site from any high point or perch.  Known to take naps always in the most in opportune places.
